Andy

When not inspecting, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my two kids. Boating, fishing, hiking, hunting, and sports are a few of the activities we really enjoy together! I also enjoy working on my own home projects.

Diane

Diane stays active with a great group of friends, and at her church. Bunco, restaurants, and short trips are just a few things she continues to look forward to all the time! Diane is the best host you can imagine, and loves family gatherings for any, or no reason at all. She is also the World’s Best Grandma.

Steve

Steve started in the home inspection business in 1989. While currently working towards being “semi-retired”, Steve is still available for consulting and radon testing at American Inspections. He also continues to stay busy with real estate investments. When not working, Steve also enjoys the outdoors and his grandkids!

As the owner, and sole 2nd generation inspector, you know exactly who will be completing your inspection. With decades of knowledge and experience, I work very hard to complete the best, most thorough pre-purchase home inspection available. Onsite, I will summarize and review findings from the inspection, identify and show you critical components and systems of the home, and answer all of your questions. I take pride in being professional, personable, and enjoy educating buyers about the home they are purchasing.
